Daniel has worked in stucco and exterior plaster since the mid-2000s and founded Stucco Repair Mesa AZ in 2013. He grew up in the East Valley and still enjoys driving the older Mesa neighborhoods where he first learned repair work. Away from projects, he is usually working on his backyard citrus trees or taking his family into the Superstition Mountains when the weather cools down.
Marisol keeps estimates, scheduling, project details, and homeowner communication organized from the first conversation through completion. She has lived in Mesa for more than a decade and has a habit of noting which wall gets the harshest afternoon sun when helping document a repair. Outside work, she volunteers at school events with her two children and is the team's most serious spring-training baseball fan.
Tyler leads much of the hands-on repair and finish work, with a particular focus on getting repair edges and texture transitions right. He came into stucco through residential remodeling and has worked across Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Scottsdale. On weekends, he restores an older pickup in his garage and spends early mornings mountain biking before the Arizona heat settles in.
We start by looking at the problem rather than assuming the solution. A crack, stain, broken corner, or hollow area can each call for a different repair depth. We define the damaged section, remove failed material where necessary, prepare the wall, rebuild the stucco, and then focus on the texture and finish.
We also try to be clear about what stucco repair can and cannot do. New material beside an older wall may show some difference, especially under direct desert sun. When painting or a broader finish area would improve the appearance, we explain that before the project is complete rather than treating it as a surprise at the end.
